Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Syracuse, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 am–9:30 pm. Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The β€œpoke” I had and ordered online was bad. They gave me maybe 5 pieces of salmon. It was a sushi burrito for some reason when I wanted a poke bowl. Had to wait a little while for them to give me my bag that was already behind the counter. Two servers were working on two other orders, but the place wasn't packed. I ordered it ahead of time as I was in a rush. Could've ordered it on the spot in that case. Wasn't worth the $16 AT ALL. Maybe the tea will be better, but will not be back for food.

I ordered a strawberry green tea with Boba, which you can’t really mess up on. Only problem is is you’ll probably be waiting 15 to 20 minutes for one drink so keep that in mind when you come to this establishment. Also customer service wasn’t very good the lady who made the drink practically threw the drink at me when I asked about the wait time for the one drink

This is a place I have been to many times prior. In the past month, I have bought over 250 dollars worth of meals. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink today. I ordered a "jasmine green milk tea." However, I meant to order a taichi green milk tea. Due to this miscommunication, the worker put that I ordered a "Jasmine milk tea." When I explained the situation, they would not give me the drink I wanted to order. Even after I showed the manager my Uber Eats evidence that I only order the "taichi green milk tea." (X7 orders in past 2.5 weeks, all including "taichi green milk tea" and not "jasmine milk tea." I bought a side seaweed salad, ramen, and boba. With tip my total was 34(pricey!!!) and change. I was told that if I had come up to the register and said I didn't like the flavor, the drink likely would have been replaced to the drink of my choice but since I said the word "jasmine" they would not replace it. In my entire life, I have honestly never encountered a staff/manager that were so unreasonable. I regret including tip. This is a basic non-issue in any other restaurant business establishment. I would recommend Hi Tea, Mr Noodle and Mrs Dumpling, for those looking for boba/r

It's a shame this place got such bad reviews. Been here multiple times for bubble tea and poke. The bubble tea is decent; fairly comparable taste to other bubble tea stores. The poke bowl was something else. About $13, and you get a massive bowl with 1 protein. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended.

This is a staple for Doordash. They have the best spicy miso ramen. I love their bubble teas which are customizable and delicious! The macaroons are delicious. Love this place! One of my all-time favs!
